Happy Spring Equinox! π
There’s something magical π«about this time of year – when the daylight βοΈ finally gets equal foothold on the night π
The approach to Easter abides with hope of new life and rebirth.
I have to admit I am always more inspired at the arrival of the Easter season than I am for Christmas. #easterismyfavorite
I’m sure part of it is the lack of pressure and fan fare and that the Earth itself takes care of most of the decorating π· But mostly, I think its the promise of starting anew that we all need after a long winter.
In that spirit of hope and rebirth the next week I’ll be focusing on a topic near and dear to my heart β€οΈ – and one that I know many of you are some one you love struggle with:
Depression & Anxiety
As we begin to understand it more and more in the terms of disease – we are also learning that just like heart disease, cancer and diabetes – there are things we can do to help.
Up on the blog today is a free download – Eating for Happy – its just a few recipes that include foods shown to help relieve symptoms of depression and anxiety. It’s yours for free – you can download it here.
Over the next week I’ll be sharing nutrition and herbal resources (so many of my favorites!) that have been shown to help
and my sweet and lovely IG friend Jessica @thedanceandyogaclub will be sharing some great tips on physical movements that can help clear your head and lift your spirits.
You can totally do this πͺπΌππ
