You used to be lovebirds ….

WHAT CAN I DO TO GET MY SEX DRIVE BACK?

This question comes up in 90% of my consultations – and while a few just need a little boost to get things going, most – especially women – require more than just my favorite libido enhancing herbs.

Gratefully, I don’t have to go after this subject by myself –

Let me introduce you to Dr Jennifer Finlayson-Fife

her work is a GAME changer for women & marriages.
I have learned SO much from this woman and her thought provoking work – to say I am so grateful for her willingness to step into this place of where there is so much need is understatement. I am SO excited about her recent interview with Rachel @3in30podcast it’s

wonderfully 🤯mind-blowing,

heart opening 💗

and downright inspiring 🙏🏻

Not things you usually associate with enhancing your sexuality and relationships – but OH my sister friends, it does!

Guys – this is worth a listen for you as well – (and a quick search for her name in iTunes will bring up many others worth your time as well.)

Once you hear her views on sexuality and how she pushes us to see the world through new eyes its really hard not to want to learn more 🤓

LUCKILY ALL her courses are on sale for 20% off right now
AND they just announced they have one more spot open up for a couple to attend her special Rome Temple tour next year (#bucketlist) 🇮🇹❤️ (this had been sold out for months!!)
head to her website finlayson-fife.com and click on workshops/events for more information.
She also has some great new articles on how her work pertains to singles as well!

Not to worry – I’m not leaving you high and dry with some herbal helpers –

one of the most important parts of my work with women is to make sure they are well nourished from the inside out – boosting minerals, vitamins, phytonutrients & balancing fluids to keep things working in tip top shape.   And while I generally do that by helping people avoid sugary treats – dark chocolate I make exceptions for.

(these are adapted from Aviva Romm’s Vital Fire truffles

1/2 stick unsalted butter, cut into small pieces  (or coconut butter)

8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped or Dark chocolate depending on preference

1/4 cup heavy cream (or coconut milk)

2 Tbs maca powder

1 tbs nettle powder

1/8 tsp cardamom powder

Dash cayenne pepper

1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder

Finely chopped walnuts, extra cacao powder and/or flaked cocnut(optional)

Melt
Put the cream or coconut milk into a small saucepan and heat just until you see tiny bubble along the edges of the pan. Turn off the heat, and gently stir in the chocolate and the butter until smooth and creamy. If needed, turn the heat on again briefly, but do not bring to a simmer. Turn off the heat and stir in the maca powder and whichever spices you desire. You may also leave plain if preferred.

Chill
Pour the entire mixture into a glass bowl, and place in the fridge for 2-4 hours, or until solid.

Shape
Using a melon scoop, make small balls out of the chocolate mix, which you will then roll in your hands to smooth out. Keeping your hands cool by periodically running them under cold water will keep the truffles from being melty and sticking to your hands.

Dust
Roll each truffle in either cocoa powder, chopped walnuts or coconut flakes, per your preference.Truffles should be stored in the fridge until eating.Makes 20 truffles.

I hope you’ll open your heart, grab those headphones and make some lovely truffles ❤️
