As women we are constantly bombarded with external products to help us look like we have healthy skin, eyes, bones and teeth

-but if we aren’t giving our bodies what they need to actually BE HEALTHY, those products are like a bad patch job.


Lucky for us – one of natures incredibly yummy and most versatile foods is super high in Vitamin A (retinol), manganese, vitamin C, copper, pantothenic acid, biotin, fiber and a host of other vitamins and phytochemicals = all of which are CRUCIAL for healthy skin, eyes, bones and teeth and in helping repair damage inside and out!


Don’t forget they are a wonderful source of fiber, help to regulate blood sugar and come in all sorts of fun colors = the deeper the flesh color, the more nutrients (ruby, deep orange & purple are top notch)
