The key is to add variety and color throughout the day
Fresh fruit hard to find as the seasons change? Don’t worry – many of the frozen and dried versions are just as beneficial.

We love to slice Kiwi’s 🥝 in half and try to scoop out the entire half of that brilliant green fruit with a spoon 🥄
Frozen blueberries frequently find their way on morning oatmeal and other fresh fruit get tucked into lunches.

A whole piece of fruit is much more beneficial than just the juice (and more filling!) and sorry folks, those little packages of fruit snacks -they don’t count. 😬
